Music can reduce stress and also give you a much healthier life.
Marie Helsing has written a dissertation at Göteborgs universitet and she has asked 200 people about their favourite music and how it affected them.
The results showed that they felt positive feelings more often and also stronger, when they listened to their favo songs, and these feelings helped them decrease the stress.
So turn your best music on, and raise the volume!
