A chill out at Kicki's place

Igår var jag hemma hos min vän och dansare Kicki på Silent Night. Hon visade mig sitt nya hus och vi vilade ett tag på de stora näckrosbladen.
Vi kom på att det är lätt att "tänka SL" i RL också. Hur många av er har inte kollat i ett Rusta reklamblad och undrat hur många prims den där trädgårdsstolen har?
Eller väntat på att passera en simgräns när man går till bussen?
Besatt? Naaah, det är bara kul att jämföra de två världarna...:))

Yesterday I visited my friend and dancer Kicki in her home at Silent Night. She showed me her new house and we relaxed for a while on the water-lily leafs.
We found out that it's easy to "think SL" even in RL. How many of you haven't browsed a Rusta advertisement leaflet and wondered how many prims that garden chair contains?
Or been waiting for the sim border to appear while you are walking to the bus station?
Addicted? Naah, just fun comparing the two worlds..:))

Trodde du att det var säkert att flyga i SL? Det trodde jag... Jag såg de här planen när jag var ute på en biltur utmed Route 7 på Gaeta-kontinenten. De verkade ha krockat i luften och fallit ner i vattnet. Var försiktig däruppe, Ujiyasu! :)

Did you think it was safe to fly in SL? Well I did...I saw these planes while I was driving along the Route 7 at Gaeta continent. They seem to have collided at a higher altitude and fallen into the water. Be careful up there, Ujiyasu! :)

Report from the stage

I am smiling when I see this screenshot from "The Blues Brothers". I like the movie very much and the music even more. Måndagsbörsen have a nearly exact copy of that stage in Bob's Country Bunker. Specially the texture of the backdrop..:)
Don't miss the fabulous music this evening, provided by DJ Sirhc. And, who knows, maybe Jake or Elwood shows up. Someone has parked the Bluesmobile in the bunker..hmmmm..

Pre-pre-alpha-test Firestorm

I morse gav jag min alt uppgiften att testa Phoenix nya viewer Firestorm. Det är bara en liten tjuvtitt på vad den kommer att innehålla. Ingen support, bara "prova på egen risk". V2 användaren kommer att känna sig bekväm här för att mycket påminner om den. Men vissa ändringar har gjorts och ännu fler kommer att göras innan den officiellt kommer att släppas.
Har mindre lagg och lättare att hitta settings i prefs.
Jag ser verkligen fram emot att använda den. Bra jobbat Jessica Lyon! :)

This morning I gave my alt the task to try Phoenix upcoming new viewer Firestorm. It's only a sneak peek on the features in it, with no support, just "test on your own risk". The V2 user will feel very comfortable here because a lot of things looks like that viewer. But it's modified and will be even more modified before it is ready to be officially released.
Less lag and easier to find settings in prefs.
I really look forward to use this viewer.:) Good job, Jessica Lyon! :)

Afterparty

När eventet var över i måndags, stannade några av oss kvar och fortsatte dansa och prata. :) 50-talet var redan glömt och nu var samtalsämnena skämtsamma och smått "galna" :))

Uppenbarligen hade jag inte ätit mitt äpple den dagen, för doktorn var ju där...;)

When the event was over last monday at MB, some of us continued dancing and talking. :)
The 50's was already forgotten and the topics was funny and crazy :))
